Our decorative appliquéd flags are hand-crafted. individually hand-sewn in the USA. Making an appliquéd flag is a multi-step process; pattern pieces are individually cut, stitched together on the background flag, and then carefully hand-cut along the stitch lines so the pattern shows on both sides.
